| Description | Sealed bids for Plumbing Services will be received by the Middle Township Board of Education Cooperative Pricing System (CPS) which includes services for the following school districts: Cape May City, Cape May County Special Services, Cape May County Technical, Dennis Township, Greater Egg Harbor, Middle Township, Somers Point, Upper Township, West Cape May, Woodbine, Avalon, Stone Harbor and Wildwood. Bidders are required to comply with the requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27-1.1 et seq., (Public Contracts Affirmative Action Statute) and with any and all other Federal and New Jersey Statutes not specified herein. Bidders must submit Stockholders Disclosure Statement in accordance with PL 1977 CH. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). The Middle Township Board of Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer and also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
