Description

The general scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Provide Steam Boiler trailer to maintain services to building through demo phase 1, complete demo phase 1 and new work phase 1 as denoted on the plans which includes demo of the steam boilers, and other equipment, new work to include installation of new hydronic boilers and associated equipment. Phase 2 demo and new work to commence once Phase 1 work is complete at which time the building can be switched from the boiler trailer back to the newly installed hydronic system. Work to include entire building controls conversion to Eco structure.
