Dry Bores for Conway Corporation

These projects will generally consist of two separate dry bores: the first bore is approximately 200 feet of 24" steel encasement near the intersection of Salem Road and Meadowlake Road; the second bore is approximately 90 feet of 24" steel encasement at the intersection of Harkrider Street and Main Street. "Unit Price" proposals will be received for the performance of work. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board including Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders. The qualifying bidder must be able to provide a performance bond.
