For the improvement of Harstine Island Bridge, Road No 30000, MP 0.127 TO MP 0.406 vicinitv. CRP 2026 (Range $1,000,000 to 2,000,000) MAJOR BID ITEMS will include Mobilization, LS; Polyester Concrete Overlay. CY; Scarifying Concrete Surface, SY; Paint Line, LF; Project Temporary Traffic Control, LS; Deck Preparation for Type 1 Deck Repair, SF; Deck Preparation for Type 2 Deck Repair, SF; and other items in conformance with the 2022 WSDOT Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions for this project. ALL BID PROPOSALS shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a Surety Bond, Cash, Cashier Check, or Certified Check m an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount ofsuch bid proposal. The Proposal Bond shall be on DOT Form 272-001A Revised 05/13 for Local Agency Use. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Mason County.
