Description

Install heating and cooling system in the Museum Install ductless HVAC system to support a 900sqft museum and 300sqft office with 2 (2) units/ports. The building is constructed of stone. The walls vary in thickness roughly 18” to 24”. Lines may be run up through the attic space if condensation pump is installed. The ductless system shall meet a minimum SEER of 22, HSPF of 10.2, and have an operating temperature range -20F heating and 120F cooling. Rotary type equipment is not acceptable. Install plastic or metal line hide coverings over system pipes on exterior of building. Paint any exterior line hides red to match existing trim color. Remove currant electric heaters and all electrical components associated with the heater. Repair any holes or damages to ceiling caused by the heaters. Contractor is responsible for properly dispose all debris from site. Contractor is responsible for confirming all measurements and properly sizing units to the space. The System must be installed per manufacture specifications and installed by a technician licensed in the state of Oregon.
