Description

Construct the Valley View Park North Loop Road from its western limits to a point approximately 630 LF to the east, including all materials, labor and equipment necessary for installation of the following approximate Base Bid and Add Alternate Quantities: 580 LF of storm sewer with 8 structures, 480 LF of water main, 13,400 CY of grading and topsoil, 2465 SY of 7-in. PCC pavement, 820 SY of 6-in. PCC parking lot pavement, 2760 SY of modified subbase, 2790 SY of sidewalk and path, 5 ACRES of surface restoration, erosion control, pavement markings, traffic control and miscellaneous related work and appurtenances.
