| Description | Clemson University requires experienced, professional services to supplement the maintenance and repair of the University’s on-campus resources. Clemson University provides regular maintenance and repairs when possible. However, supplemental support is required when staff is unavailable. It is anticipated that the majority of work will take place on-campus in Clemson SC. Clemson University will select labor from the following classifications and minimum qualifications: 1. Foreman- Shall have a Master Plumbing License or five years of experience in the Plumbing field. 2. Master Plumbing - Shall have a Master Plumbing License or three years experience in the Plumbing field. 3. Journeyman Plumbing - Shall have a Journeymen Plumbing License or three years experience in the Plumbing field. 4. Apprentice Plumbing - Shall have two years experience in the Plumbing field. 5. Plumbing Helper - Shall have a working knowledge of the tools and materials used in the day-to-day installation of Plumbing work. |
