Description

Consists of general construction Work of the High Lift Pump Room and the Panola Pump Station Improvements. The High Lift Pump Room improvements includes modifications to PMP-210 and PMP-220, new discharge valves and piping, vacuum priming system modifications, PMP-210 and PMP-220 replacement of rotating assemblies including impellers and increased shaft size to add anti-rotation back-spin prevention devices, site work, earthwork, structural and electrical and I&C modifications, and other miscellaneous improvements. The Panola Pump Station improvements includes modifications to PMP-310 and PMP-320, complete rehabilitation of PMP-310, and replacement of the rotating assemblies to PMP-310 and PMP-320 including impellers and increased shaft size to add anti-rotation back-spin prevention devices, new vacuum priming system, new discharge valves and piping, yard piping, site work, earthwork, structural and electrical and I&C modifications, and other miscellaneous improvements. Work is located at Carrollton Water Purification Plant at 8800 South Claiborne Avenue for Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans .
