The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid Subcontractor's Listing Threshold: The Bidder shall list each Subcontractor on the Contractor's List of Subcontractor's, Form AF-5, that has provided a bid to them in the amount of $7,750.00 or more. Safety: Hardhats, Safety Glasses, and protective style work shoes are required. There maybe areas with a hearing hazard in a building. The bidders are required to provide their own safety equipment. Persons in this site visit are required to stay with the group. Photographs may be taken for use of building their bid on this solicitation and must be deleted/destroyed by the non-awarded groups after the award is announced. The pictures, videos, and images, "Media" is protected by the Homeland Security Act. Farmington has a public airport with no commercial flights at this time. Private or chartered aircraft are able to use the airport. Aircraft parking, fuel and rental cars are available at the Farmington Airport. The nearest commercial airports are in Durango, Colorado (about 1 hour drive from Farmington) or Albuquerque, New Mexico (about a 3 hour drive to Farmington). The weather at this time can be unpredictable and there still exists a possibility for snow. A portion of this site visit will be outside.
