Description

From Manufactured Home Builders/Installers to utilize the One-Step Design-Build contracting procedure for the design, fabrication and placement of four ground-set manufactured homes in Peach Springs, located on the Hualapai Reservation, Arizona The Tribe invites interested Manufactured Home Builders/Installers to submit written Proposals relating to this project. A Selection Committee of five (5) individuals will evaluate and score Offeror's qualifications and experience with similar projects. The Tribe will select the top-rated Offeror from those submitting Proposals and enter into contract negotiations. The project shall utilize a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Funds are derived from the Housing and Urban Developments Indian Community Block Grant (HUD/ICDBG) program. The new homes must be set up no later than six (6) months after contract's Notice to Proceed is given Questions shall be directed to Kevin A. This contract will utilize the One-Step Design-Build (D-B) contracting procedure for the design, fabrication and placement of four ground-set manufactured homes at four separate locations as follows: 206 Honaga Hill Road, 845 Diamond Creek Circle, 943 Indian Way, and 1519 Buck & Doe Road in Peach Springs, AZ (see Site Maps below). The anticipated project scope of work will include but not be limited to design, fabrication and placement of three groundset manufactured homes having three-bedrooms, two bathrooms in no more of 1,200 square feet of living space and one ground-set manufactured home having four-bedrooms, two bathrooms in no more of 1,400 square feet of living space. Total living space must comply with applicable American Disabilities Act requirements. The homes shall have a kitchen, pantry, dining space, living room, laundry room and other incidental spaces. This budget encompasses all aspects of the project from conceptual design thru to placement on-site. The successful Manufactured Home Builders/Installer shall be required to achieve Substantial Completion within 150 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and Final Completion within 30 consecutive calendar days after Substantial Completion.
