Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish performance, payment, and guarantee bonds from an acceptable Surety Company for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid. This project is subject to the provision of Chapter 605, Laws of the State of New York of 1959, Section 103-A of The General Municipal Law and subsequent amendments.
