Heron Parkway Drainage Improvements

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of remove and replace existing 21 RCP storm drain with 24 x 38 oval RCP and two (2) inlet structures to include all materials, equipment, labor, , restoration, and maintenance of traffic (including temporary turn arounds and detour), clearing & grubbing, erosion control measures, construction dewatering, excavation, fill, compaction, drainage, curb, gutter, pavement restoration, site restoration, testing, and ancillary improvements as well as compliance with the associated specifications and local ordinances (requirement for placement in the dry and noise ordinances will result in dewatering and a muffler on the dewatering pump). Estimate: $ 100,000 Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond. The amount of the security shall not be less than five (5) percent of the Bidder's total price indicated in Bid Form. In accordance with F.S. 287.133 (2) (a), persons and affiliates who have been placed on the convicted vendor list may not submit bids, contract with, or perform work (as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor or consultant) with any public entity (i.e. Village of Royal Palm Beach) in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars (or such other amount as may be hereafter established by the Florida Division of Purchasing in accordance with F.S. 287.017) for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise.
