Replace Sewer Vent Pipes and Upgrade Restrooms

The Scope of service includes renovating 7 original restroom cores in the Aspen Building with 5 of the restroom cores being base bid and 2 cores being add alternate #1. 3 new ADA single use restrooms will be constructed in an existing hallway adjacent to a renovated restroom core. Each core will be demoed down to the CMU block walls and concrete floors. The ceilings tile flooring, finishes, accessories and fixtures will be removed including the plumbing stacks. A few select CMU block walls will be removed to allow for restroom expansion and ADA compliance. The expansion of the restroom cores will require work in adjacent hallways, offices and classrooms. New plumbing, lighting, power, fixtures and finishes will be provided throughout the renovated restrooms.
