Description

Repair and upgrade of existing HVAC System in the Community Recreation Center located at 6842 Wadsworth Boulevard in Arvada, Colorado 80003. The upgrades and repairs will include the following: repair or replace duct work. Bid alternate 1 will be replacement of roof top units and Bid Alternate 2 will be replacement of control system. Scope of project to be discussed at pre-bid meeting.
