Lakewood Drive Drainage and Pedestrian Improvements Phase I

This project provides the addition of approximately 0.45 miles of five (5) foot concrete sidewalk from the TDC parking lot, north to CR 30A. The work includes the realignment and paving of a portion of Tresca Drive, topsoil and sod over the old Tresca Drive dirt road connection, reconstruction of 18 feet of existing sidewalk, reconstruction of one concrete driveway, reconstruction of existing curb and gutter and paving at the entrance of Shannon Drive, and the addition of two mid-block crosswalks. Additional work on the project includes maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, erosion control and sodding. Careful coordination with utilities is required.
