The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of state highway in spring township, centre county, commonwealth of pennsylvania, state route 0099, section 163. The project being situated as follows: On SR 0099 from Segment 0821/Offset 2404 to Segment 0851/Offset 0132 Southbound and from Segment 0820/Offset 2342 to Segment 0850/Offset 0120 Northbound for a total construction length of approximately 13465 feet (2.55 miles).
