Description | This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, Streamline Procedures for Evaluation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911S8-23-Q-0036. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04 June 2, 2023. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit quotes. All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM PST on 22 August 2023 to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. The MICC Joint Base Lewis McChord requires the following: (a) Install DAQ StarWatch hardware compatible to the already installed Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-IV (ICIDS-IV) system for the base-wide Electronic Security System (ESS) installed at JBLM. IAW Attached Performance Work Statement: (b) Components to be installed are as follows: (1) Each. Main Entry Door Kaba X10 push/pull electric lock, (1) Each. Door 1 Local Controller, (1) Each. Door 2 Local Controller, (1) Each. DAQ badging station with card printer, (3) Each. Balanced Magnetic Switches, (3) Each. Access Control Card Readers. The standard for 5.2 is to be 100% compliant with DIA accredited SCIFs after installing of hardware. The deliverable for 5.2 is to provide the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) a list of materials prior to installing. Delivery Date: One (1) Month after date of award. |
