Description

The project consists of the redevelopment of two blocks of Knox Street from McKinney Avenue to Dallas Street and from Dallas Street to NW Main Street. Work includes removal of existing streetscape (paving, landscape, utilities, etc.) from face of building to face of building and installation of new streetscape which includes the following: utilities (drainage, water, and electrical), vehicular and pedestrian brick paving, vehicular and pedestrian concrete paving, plantings, street trees, irrigation, street lights, regulatory street signage and site furnishings (bollards, benches, litter receptacles, planters, etc.).
