| Description | 1. Contractor will conduct a comprehensive lead level inspection. a. Inspection will include a surface by surface performed by an EPA or state certified Lead-Based Paint Inspector or Risk Assessor. b. Inspections will also include XRF equipment at a required interval of all painted surfaces and will be downloaded directly from the equipment. c. A statistically valid sampling of units and building, components within units based on the size and construction history of the property, will be tested. 2. Contract will provide the JHA with inspection results and LBP Risk Assessment 3. Contractor will develop a project performance plan with this information, if needed. |
