Work generally consists of the following: all quantities are m/: Furnish labor and materials required to complete in place: 25mm Superpave for New Paving (875 S.Y.), 9.5mm Superpave for New and Existing Paving (2,750 S.Y) INCL new line striping, 2" Depth Milling of Existing Paved Surfaces (1,950 S.Y.) INCL placement and compaction of millings in new parking area, 2A Aggregate Stone for roadway/ arking sub-base (150 Tons), Heavy Duty 4,000PSI Concrete Aprons (115 S.Y.), Concrete Valley Gutter Class AA Concrete (100 L.F.), Trench Drain with Ductile Iron Grate (146 L.F.) INCL associated concrete work, 12" DIA SLCPP (120 L.F.), 8" DIA PVC Drain (120 L.F.) INCL roof drain and clean out connections, 2`X4` Type M Inlet (1 E.A.), New Shrubbery, Dwarf Norway Spruce (6 E.A.), E&S Control Plan INCL grading\ stormwater plan, on-site clearing and grubbing, on-site grading associated with demolition work, and parking area exterior lighting (L.S.).
