Wells 3 and 4 Water Treatment Plant - General Bids

DCAMM Certification Required. Work under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the construction of the Wells 3 & 4 Water Treatment Plant and modifications to Well Stations 3 and 4. The Wells 3 & 4 WTP will include: a pre-fabricated metal building system; chemical storage tanks and chemical feed systems; an iron and manganese filtration system; air scour blower, and associated structural, architectural, process piping, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work to provide a fully functional water treatment plant as specified in the Contract Documents. Modifications to Well Station 3 include demolition of the existing vertical turbine pump, abandonment of well 3, and the installation of a new submersible well pump 3A. Modifications to Well Stations 3 and 4 include selective demolition of chemical feed systems; instrumentation and controls; and replacement of process mechanical equipment, piping, and appurtenances. Additional work includes miscellaneous site work, yard piping, and appurtenances
