Description | Remove and replace guttering and trim at the main building, shop and warehouse areas, including the facial boards, downspouts and guttering on the fuel canopy. Option 1 is to remove and replace all guttering, downspouts and metal trim at Duncan Residency and Stephens County Maintenance Building. Award of the Option 1 is contingent upon funding and Contractor pricing. Refer to Exhibit C for details. Location: ODOT Field District VII HQ, 1795 S. US 81 Hwy, Duncan, OK 73533 No Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit has been scheduled for this project Each response must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Response and all alternates as a guaranty. Questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than Thursday, October 26, 2023 by 2:00 P.M. Questions must be writing and are to be sent to the CPOs attention listed on the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered.
