Description

Rehabilitation of the West Seattle High Bridge and Spokane Street Swing Low Bridge, and miscellaneous major maintenance work to the elevated structures leading up to the existing bridges. Rehabilitate and strengthen both bridges for use by the public and includes the use of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), bridge strengthening including post tensioning and rehabilitation, and bridge deck rehabilitation including overlays and joint replacement.
