2020 SACWSD Wastewater System Rehabilitation

Work generally consists of rehabilitating deteriorated 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer mains with a cured in place pipe (CIPP) liner and appurtenances for the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District in Commerce City, Adams County, Colorado. The project is located on several different streets in the same general area, generally bound by E. 72nd Avenue on the north, Eudora Drive on the west, E. 69th Avenue on the south, and Quebec Street on the east. The project consists of installing approximately 39,250 lineal feet of 8-inch and 600 lineal feet of 10-inch CIPP, removing and replacing 25 sewer main cleanouts with new manholes, removing and replacing 28 manhole ring and covers, completing 7 point repairs to the existing sewer main prior to CIPP lining, and rehabilitation of 156 existing sewer manholes with a spray applied lining system.
