| Description | Bids shall be submitted on the bid form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal tax not applicable to municipalities. The initial contract is to cover a one (1) year period, which coincides with the Town's fiscal year 2023 (July 2022-June 2023). Thereafter, the contract may be renewed by mutual agreement for a period not to exceed one (1) additional fiscal year. The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, to advertise for new proposals, and to make awards as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the town overall. |
