Description

Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). TS shall include, at a minimum but not limited to: local access for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface`s (PRI’s); local exchange trunks; transport channels; point-to-point circuits; Commercial Subscriber Lines (CSLs) and features; Direct Inward Dial directory numbers (DIDs) and number portability; local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier.
