Description

The Work consists of renovating in the Process Development Laboratory East (POLE) Richland Research Complex. This includes demolition, piping installation, install backflow preventor, plumbing fixtures, ductwork, flooring, patch & paint, ceiling, fire system piping, and electrical. Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement. If the Bidder finds discrepancies, omissions, or is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the contract documents, Bidder MUST submit a WRITTEN request for clarification or interpretation using Request for Information (RFI) form at website and address it to the Contract Specialist listed on Page 1, no later than 2:00 p.m. PST; 8/31/2022.
