The focus of the project is to update and improve ventilation, replace equipment in near end of life, and improve operational efficacy. Five new DOAS rooftop units, two new air handlers, and eight new condensing units will be installed as part of this project; along with related minor sitework, structural support steel, ceiling tile cutting/patching, and electrical power.
