The City of Burlingame (the City) seeks qualified professional engineering consulting firms (hereinafter called Consultant) to provide professional engineering services as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP) for our upcoming multi-phase water main (WM) improvement projects. It is a Proposer's responsibility to review the entire RFP in order to submit a complete and responsive proposal. The City may elect to select a different consultant for each phase depending on the technical expertise and strengths of each consultant. Qualified consultants will be invited to negotiate a contract with the City for each project phase.
