All bidders must include an anticipated timeline in which they can get the work done Reclaim the entire parking lot to be affected by repaving Re-grade entire area to provide proper pitch to the existing storm drains Install 4” of Item # 4 Base Compact with an 8-10 ton roller Install (2) 1.5” lifts of Class 2 asphalt on each lift Compact each lift with an 8-10 ton roller Install asphalt curbs as noted on provided layout (see technical data) Install asphalt sidewalks as noted on provided layout (see technical data) Install and/or replace asphalt speedbumps as noted on provided layout (see technical data) Complete Line striping and numbering as noted per Parking DATA (see technical data)
