Gantt Center and Bechtler Museum Humidifier Upgrades

The work at Bechtler consists of replacing an existing isothermal humidifier serving AHU-B-3 with an adiabatic humidifier; replacing existing precision air conditioning unit PAC-B-1 serving basement; adding an adiabatic humidifier to serve AHU-B-2; rebalancing the outside air and return air for AHU-B-1, AHU-B2 and AHU-B-3 as a result of the recently installed needle point bi polar ionization systems; and electrical modification associated with replacing mechanical equipment. The work at Gantt consists of replacing existing isothermal humidifiers serving RTU-1 and RTU-2 with adiabatic humidifiers; rebalancing the outside air and return air for RTU-1 and RTU-2 as a result of the recently installed needle point bi-polar ionization systems; and electrical modification associated with replacing mechanical equipment. Both buildings will require concrete pad work, equipment fencing work and gypsum ceiling patch and repair work. Project Location: 1. Harvey B.
