Description

Replace two (2) existing Carrier FB4A HVAC Unit w/condensers and meet the requirements as indicated and/or specified. Work also includes the installation of a Roof Hatch and Ladder access. The Ladder access will need to penetrate through a plaster ceiling above the acoustical tile grid line. The contractor will match a 36”x36” access hole for the Roof Hatch. The proposed acoustical ceiling grid shall encompass the access Ladder installed in the Fire Station’s weight room. The scope shall include any other items not specifically listed that are required to provide for a complete and fully operational system
