1400 Facility Cabling

Weld County is requesting the cabling of the Weld County 1400 Facility and the demolition of legacy cabling. The project includes a total of 83 category 6 cables from a single data closets to specific locations on the same floor of the single-story building. All associated patch panels and pathways are to be verified and provided by the contractor. No 19’ rack is required in this bid as existing racks will be utilized. No vertical cable management for the rack is required. The patch panels and all other data closet equipment as specified is required. Specific details will be provided during the mandatory walk-through. The project is considered an all-inclusive cabling turnkey solution. Building electrical diagrams will not be provided as part of this initial solicitation but will be provided at a later time. The final solution will be a one to one design with a switch placed under the newly installed patch panels.
