Collection and Disposal of Recyclable Materials

Collection and Disposal of Recyclable Materials Bids or proposals shall be made on the forms provided. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Town of Guttenberg, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the bidder. Bidders must comply with the following New Jersey State Statutes: P.L. 1975, Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Program) N.J.A.C 17:27 P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Mandatory Equal Employment) N.J.S.A 10.5-31 et seq N.J.A.C. 17:37 P.L. 1975, Chapter 33 (Statement of Ownership) N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-18 (American Goods & Products used where possible) Bid proposals must be placed in sealed envelopes addressed to the Boswell Engineering, 330 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, New Jersey 07606, Attn: Bernard N. Mirandi, P.E. and marked clearly on the outside of the envelope, lower left-hand corner: "COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS" The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Town.
