Full depth reconstruction of North Leggett Drive and North 6th Street from North 1St Street to Willis Street as well as signal improvements at the intersection of North 6th Street and Willis Street, two concrete intersections at the intersections of North 6th Street and Willis as well as the intersection of North 6th Street and Shelton Street. Also included in this contract is an overlay and under seal from Willis Street to Grape Street, as well as concrete work, drainage improvements, roadway sign replacements, and bicycle facilities.
