There will be no pre-Bid conference. ll Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Hartland, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Hartland reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Hartland equal to of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Hartland as liquidated damages. |
