Construction Manager at Risk for the South-Western CSD - Segment 2 CMR #2 Facility Projects

CMR #2 will include building the New Norton Middle School and the New Pleasant View Middle School and abate and demolish the existing Norton Middle School and the Pleasant View Middle Schools. CMR #2 Project Scope: 1. Build new Norton Middle School on the existing Norton Middle School site located at 215 Norton Rd Columbus, OH 43228 - Co-funded building size is 112,813 SF - Projected enrollment: 801 students. - Co-funded New Building budget: $27,653,811 - Total co-funded Specific Allowances budget is $494,789 (includes storm shelter and emergency responder radio coverage system. The storm shelter allowance will be removed from the master plan via a project amendment after the initial project agreement is executed.) - Anticipated LFI scope to include: Additional square footage, metal roof, brick facade, new track/football field 2. Build new Pleasant View Middle School on the 43-acre site located at 2695 Holt Rd Grove City, OH 43123 (Bolton Crossing Elementary School also located on this site) - Co-funded building size is 112,813 SF - Projected enrollment: 801 students. - Co-funded New Building budget: $27,653,811 - Total co-funded Specific Allowances budget is $494,789 (includes storm shelter and emergency responder radio coverage system.
