Troutman Logistics Center

The project scope includes the new construction of a 1,000,000 and a 700,000-square-foot speculative building on 159.1 acres near I-77. As of July 22, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking construction plan approval from the Town of Troutman. Plans are in review. The Town Council approved annexation and rezoning on December 9, 2021. The architect and general contractor have not been chosen. A method of selection has not been been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined.
