Provide all professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services necessary to develop complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates, design analysis and narrative reports, construction schedules, project phasing plans, investigations, environmental assessments and coordination efforts, site visits and construction period services associated with removing and replacing failed gasoline and diesel fuel pump stations/systems at Veterans Affairs’ Medical Center (VAMC), 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA.
