The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: Pumping septic tanks and floor drain holding tanks. Location: Various locations in the counties of Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset and Waldo Maine. Outline of Work: Provide all labor, equipment and applicable tools for pumping septic tanks and floor drain holding tanks, as well as transport and disposal of collected material to MaineDOT specified sites, and other incidental work. The basis of award will be Section 1 combined with chosen Alternate 1 (Section 2), or Section 1 combined with chosen Alternate 2 (Section 3).
