| Description | Building 77H at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC), Philadelphia, PA 19112. In general, the work consists of covering the exterior side of four exhaust fans mounted in a clerestory (Kalwall) above a high-bay, disconnecting the motors, and ensuring the fans are securely fastened to the building. The four fans will be inoperable, out-of-service after completion of the work. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies to perform the work. Refer to Section 2 for a detailed description of work to be performed. |
