| Description | A bid bond or certified check (made out to Leetonia EVSD) in the amount of 10% of the proposal must accompany each bid as a condition that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and an acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be furnished to guarantee performance of the contract in accordance with plans and specifications. The Project will be bid as a Single Prime Contract and require minimum wage rates as prescribed under the Davis-Bacon Act.
