Description

Shower stall coating project at the BCSO. IFB is for labor and materials for shower stall coating according to the plans and specifications as stated in the attached drawings. Work is to be performed at current Prevailing Wage rates and abide by OSHA standards and within protocols set forth by the BCSO. See scope of work on attached plans. Project hours are between 7am and 3pm Monday through Friday. Employees will be required to pass a CORI check before starting work. Work proposed to exceed $25,000 requires submission of a one hundred (100%) percent payment bond and a one hundred (100%) performance bond. Bid submission requires a bid deposit equal to five (5%) percent of the proposed cost.
