6th Street Park and Soccer Complex Improvements

The work generally consists of:290 sq. yds. of concrete sidewalks, 633 sq. yds. of concrete pavement for new basketball court and associated earthwork, new lighting fixtures for the basketball court, 14 linear feet of sidewalk handrails, two each basketball goals, 320 linear feet of chain-link fence, 528 linear feet of basketball court striping, demolition of old basketball court, 280 cu. yds. of earthwork cut, 393 cu. yds. of earthwork fill, fine grading and soccer field prep, and 52,000 sq. ft. of seeding. Contractors shall make such inspection and studies of the site of the work as to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered.
