Description

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is commencing the procurement process for the following: RFP# 73-23: The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) wishes to make comprehensive drainage improvements and place asphalt pavement at the MBTA's Mattapan Yard located in Boston, MA. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations, DBE Laws and Regulations, Buy America (U.S. Content) and other regulations as required. Bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof.
