Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/email bids will not be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to see that their bid is in the City Purchasing Office by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. A performance and payment bond written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas Bidders must provide with their bid a certificate regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, as applicable. The City encourages the participation of disadvantaged, minority and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as contractor or subcontractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the City, accept the bid that is in the City's best interest.
