| Description | Demolition of an existing masonry building and reconstruction of existing basement walls that were selectively saved during demolition at the VDOT Arlington Complex Spanish Building. The project is generally described as the demolition and reconstruction of existing basement walls that were selectively saved during demolition. Three remaining basement walls will then be incorporated into site retaining walls. The structural modifications will include, but is not limited to coordination of the existing walls with new reinforcement, concrete bracing, steel guardrails, coatings and other related structural elements. |
