October 13 -Deadline for receipt of written questions and requests for addenda This is a Request for Proposal to provide Contractor services for the Town of Robbins for the project as described below. The desired services include a preliminary Contractor report, design, bidding and negotiation, and construction services for the completion of the project. The project is generally described as follows with more details provided in the RFQ body: Complete Asbestos Abatement of 110 S Middleton Street, Robbins, NC 27325. Asbestos Abatement of Robbins Police Station Location: o 110 South Middleton Street, Robbins, North Carolina 27325 The Town of Robbins is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting proposals from qualified firms to complete the asbestos abatement of Robbins Police Station site. An asbestos assessment has been completed to identify the Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACMs) present at the Robbins Police Station. A copy of the asbestos assessment report [Pilot Environmental, Inc) revised report dated October 6, 2022 is attached to and is/becomes a part of this RFP.
