Curbside Collection and Disposal of Recyclables Services

All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.Submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope/package bearing name and address of the respondent and labeled Curbside Collection and Disposal of Recyclables Services on the outside, addressed to the Borough of Fanwood. Please provide one (1) original bid, and one (1) copy. Bidders shall also provide a PDF copy on an external USB flash drive/ data storage device. Each bid shall include a certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid or twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000.00), whichever is lower, made payable to the Borough of Fanwood as Bid Security.Direct all communications concerning the process to the Borough's Purchasing Agent in writing. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bid proposal where such informality is not detrimental to the best interest of the Borough. The right is reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Specifications. Failure to meet the requirements may result in disqualifying a vendor from further consideration. Under no circumstances shall the provisions of a proposal be subject to negotiation. The Borough reserves the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective Bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work of the nature required before awarding the Contract.
