Description

1. Data Center Relocation: Relocating the data center to the 2nd floor and adding cooling. When complete, the old data center area will be reclaimed to general office space use. 2. Flooring and Ceiling Replacement and Painting: Flooring and ceiling replacement and painting of offices (as noted) and flooring replacement of existing Open Office 201. 3. Electric Bus Charging Station: Install two (2) electric bus charging stations. All bids received after that time will not be considered. The bidders assume the risk of any delay in the receipt of the bids. The bidder assumes all responsibility for having their bid is delivered by the time specified. ids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1. Include a PDF copy of the certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond when you email your Bid Form and supporting documents. A hard copy of the Bid, supporting documents and Bid Deposit Check must be sent via mail and be postmarked within 5 days after the bid opening. Envelope must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official Publication Title.
